Additional Information:
Jennie grew up in Madelia and takes great pride in providing anesthesia care for the community in which she was raised. She has a passion for rural anesthesia care, believing that small-town community hospitals deserve the same access to high quality surgical & anesthesia services as larger city hospitals with more resources. Jennie enjoys curating an anesthetic plan specific to each patient and strives to care for each patient as though he/she were a family member. She gets great satisfaction in ensuring her patients wake up from surgery comfortable and pain free and having had a great surgical experience. Prior to working full time at Madelia Health, Jennie traveled to many rural sites within the 80-mile radius, functioning as an independent contractor CRNA from 2016 to 2025.

In her free time, Jennie loves spending time with her family (husband Steve, son Barrett, and daughter Emeslie).  She is a hiking junkie and loves to travel with family and friends, always looking to check off the next National Park on her bucket list. Nature is Jennie’s “happy place,” and she is always planning her next adventure.
