Leave a Lasting Legacy in Our Community
At the Madelia Health Foundation, we believe that every contribution makes a difference. Our Naming Rights program offers a unique opportunity for individuals, families, and organizations to leave a lasting legacy while supporting our mission to support continual improvement of healthcare for the patients and communities we serve.
What Are Naming Rights?
Naming rights allow you to have a space, facility, or endowment at Madelia Health named in honor of an individual, family, or organization. This initiative not only acknowledges your generosity, but also creates awareness and promotes our vital services within the community.
1. Legacy and Recognition
- Lasting Impact: Naming a building, room or endowment creates a permanent tribute, ensuring that the individual or organization’s name is remembered for generations.
- Honor and Tribute: It serves as a way to honor a significant person or entity, acknowledging their contributions to the community or the organization.
- Visibility and Recognition: Enjoy recognition through signage, publications, and our website, highlighting your commitment to health care excellence. Recognition will be given to donors with buildings and areas named in accordance with the donor recognition policy in place, in addition to a plaque or naming plate with the name of the donor, or a name provided by the donor, agreed upon by the donor before a vote of the Foundation Board of Directors and the Madelia Health Governing Board of Directors. Discretion for the recognition plates, busts, biographical information of donors or other recognition options and their locations are to be determined by the Executive Director of the Foundation and the CEO of Madelia Health, in consultation with the donor.
