Visiting Hours

8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.

The doors on Drew Avenue (east side of building) are locked when the Clinic is closed. After Clinic hours, use the Emergency entrance on the west side of the building. Please press the silver button for assistance. (Clinic hours are: Mondays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Visiting Guidelines

Visitors should follow these general guidelines:

  • Wash hands before entering a patient’s room and upon leaving a patient’s room. Hand Sanitizers are located just inside the door in each patient room.

  • Visitors must wear shoes and shirts.

  • A person with fever, cold, sore throat, or any contagious disease should not visit patients.

  • Visitors should maintain a quiet environment and avoid unnecessary noise.

Waiting Areas

Waiting areas are located at the main reception desk, near the Emergency Department and Radiology Department, as well as two waiting areas in the new patient wing. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum for the rest and comfort of our patients.

Wi-Fi Internet Access

As a valued patient or guest, WiFi Internet Access is offered free of charge. In order to use this service you will need to connect to the “Madelia Health Guest” wireless network. You will then be greeted by an Acceptable Use Policy screen. Click on the “Continue to Internet” button. This will take you to our Home Page and enable online access. No password is needed for this access.

Public restrooms are located down the hallway from the main entrance.
