McLaughlin had been a valuable part of the Nursing Department as a Registered Nurse in the Madelia Health Hospital for over 20 year. She was the Director of Nursing, OR/ER Supervisor, Trauma Program Manager and the Stroke Program Manager.
As a Nurse Practitioner, McLaughlin now coordinates the Surgical Service Provider schedules, assists in surgeries, and sees patients in the Hospital, Emergency Department and in the Clinic.
Lives in Madelia with her family and loves spending time at the lake with her family and dog.
