Additional Information: Donna Lewis, CNP is a board-certified nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive care for patients and families of all ages. A native of Lake Crystal, Donna earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She enjoys caring for all ages and has clinical interests in both urgent care and pediatrics. Outside of her practice, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading.
