MCHC Conducts Community Health Needs Assessment Survey

Published On: February 25th, 2019|Categories: News|

Adults who live in the local area should have received a Community Health Needs Assessment survey in the mail recently from the Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic (MCHC). A survey was mailed to all local households in an effort to get feedback on how to improve the health of the residents in the Madelia area.

This survey is done only once every three years, so it is essential that community members respond. Completed surveys, can be returned to MCHC either in the mail, or by dropping it off at MCHC, Alliance Bank, or Pioneer Bank. An envelope was included for your convenience. If you prefer to fill out the survey online, an online survey can be accessed from the home page of our website at www.mchospital.org. Surveys are due by March 8th .

Responses will help us plan for the programs and services that are most needed to improve the health of area residents. The results of the survey will be published and posted on our website at: www.mchospital.org. Participation in the survey is voluntary. All answers are strictly confidential; no names will be linked to the responses. Thank you for your participation!
