The Madelia Health Foundation Partner program allows businesses to support community wellness, cancer awareness, and access to care throughout the year—while receiving recognition across all Foundation-hosted events and communications.
Foundation Partners are recognized at multiple events throughout the year, including golf outings, wellness events, and cancer awareness forums, along with ongoing visibility through our website, quarterly e-newsletter, and select social media recognition.
Foundation Partner support is offered as an annual commitment, with the option to spread payments monthly for added convenience.

Annual Giving
A one-time annual payment for your selected Foundation Partner level. -
Monthly Giving
A recurring monthly payment based on the annual Foundation Partner level. Monthly giving includes an additional $25 per month to cover administrative and processing costs associated with recurring payments.
Foundation Partner support provides year-round recognition and does not replace individual event sponsorships. Event-specific opportunities remain available and are offered separately.
