Madelia Health and Evoke Winery at 105 West Main in Madelia are teaming up for a special Health and Wellness event!
Here’s what we have planned:

4 to 5 p.m.   Social Hour. Enjoy healthy snacks with friends!
5 to 6 p.m.   Take & Bake Food Class. Inspire Health & Wellness will provide the expertise, food, and supplies to make 3 meals that will serve 4-6:

Steak bites w/ Mixed Veggies
BBQ Chicken Tenders w/Broccoli
Butter Ranch Chicken Tenders w/Carrot Fries

Meals are gluten free/sugar free/low carb. Some “Grab & Bake” meals will also be for sale. Cost: $80 for 3 meals. Space is limited!

NOTE: The deadline to RSVP has passed, but you can still watch the demo and purchase pre-made meals the night of the event – while supplies last. 

6 to 7 p.m.   Breathe to Stay Balanced Class. Health Educator Ellen De la torre will teach breathwork and stretching techniques to promote healing and enhance circulation.

Madelia Health will provide Information on Wellness and Breast Cancer throughout the event.
