2025 Madelia Health Foundation Golf Outing Raises $13,000 for Local Healthcare

MADELIA, MN –

The Madelia Health Foundation’s Annual Golf Outing was held on Tuesday, September 9th, and once again proved to be a popular and successful event for Madelia Health. Fifty-two golfers hit the course in support of local healthcare initiatives, helping to raise an impressive $13,000!

The evening featured nine holes of golf, a hole-in-one contest, prize raffles, and a delicious dinner at Embars Bar & Lounge, catered by La Plaza Fiesta.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors:

The “Hole In One” Contest was again held on Hole 8, offering a $25,000 prize toward a Ford vehicle, sponsored by Madelia Ford and Pioneer Bank. While no one claimed the big prize, Fred McCabe took home the On the Green for ½ the Pot winnings.

Cash prizes were awarded to the first, ninth, and sixteenth place teams:

  • 🥇 1st Place: Pioneer Bank – St. James

  • 🏌️‍♂️ 9th Place: Hopman Farms (who generously donated their winnings back – thank you!)

  • ⛳ 16th Place: Madelia Health – Drevlow (Truman Clinic)

  • Embars Bar & Lounge for the 10th Hole Social Hour, and

  • La Plaza Fiesta for catering dinner.
