Lake Crystal Clinic Open House Planned
Madelia, Minn. – Madelia Health is holding an Open House to help re-introduce the Lake Crystal community to our new providers and clinic location at 200 E. Prince St. in Lake Crystal. Madelia Health has operated a clinic in Lake Crystal since August of 2020, and is now happy to be located in the Crystal Seasons Living Center, with the main entry off of Prince St.
The Lake Crystal Clinic is currently staffed by a full team of health professionals, including Nurse Practitioner, Danielle Gronewold, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Jaimee Kudrle. Patients of all ages are welcome at the Lake Crystal Clinic, from children to older adults, and same-day appointments are usually available. Gronewold is a Family Medicine provider and builds a trusting and lasting relationship with her patients. Kudrle provides patient-centered mental health care for both children and adults.
In addition to the Lake Crystal Clinic, Madelia Health also operates a retail pharmacy across from the Lake Crystal Post office, and a thriving Physical Therapy practice in the Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center.
