The Madelia Health Foundation 5K Run/1M Walk took place on Saturday, July 13th during Madelia Park Days. It was a warm morning for the 5K, and 107 people registered to participate this year. We were so blessed to again have Anderson Race Management on hand to help with the race.
This year Downs Food Group won the Most Participants Team trophy. The Hawks Runners won the Fastest Team Time trophy. Best Overall Female: Kim Brown – Time: 19:16, Best Overall Male: Levi Miest – Time: 17:10. Ryan Pierson was a close second with a time of 17:11.
